jackie hartterJackie has over 22 years of experience with RCI and oversees RCI's customer service team. Every RCI client is assigned a customer service representative (CSR). The CSR primary responsible is customer satisfaction. CSR provide oversight for clients using RCI applications making quarterly calls to each client, checking on client progress, answering client question, and alerting client of possible regulatory deficiencies. Jackie and the customer service team also renew customer service agreements, process AASA (American Agronomic Stewardship Alliance) chemical tank inspection data and process annual chemical inventory (Tier II) reports for clients. She also is in charge of all invoicing for RCI.
